"Good morning. I mentioned on my booking that we had the bride and groom on the bus. The driver waited on the road and would not come up to the car park. A member of staff ran down to ask him to come up and assured him that the refuse lorry’s and delivery vans managed it. Consequently, due to the long track to the coach, our guests shoes were very muddy. The bridesmaids shoes were ruined. We had to carry children down. Can you imagine a bride with beautiful shoes trying to get down to the coach! A member of the bar staff drove her down! Very very disappointed Mother of the bride. "

"We were told less than an hour before our booking that there was an issue and our replacement would arrive at 2.45 instead of 2.15, which I responded saying this would be too late and we would miss our booking. Then we were told they had sorted it and a replacement would come at 2.30. It didn’t arrive until 2.40 and we therefore missed 20 minutes of our booking and nearly weren’t let in. The driver was great but it was very poor service from the company after booking and prepaying weeks in advance. Hopefully we will be compensated for this as if we hadn’t been reassured the taxi would arrive at 2.30 instead of 2.40 we would have booked Ubers which would’ve got us there on time. An unfortunate situation overall but should have been dealt with better."

"Didn't turn up. Call in afternoon to say no 12 seater, 2 cars instead. No cars turned up. Apparently had broken down. How can this be the case when now 2 cars not 1. At 19.30 informed job couldn't be fulfilled until 21.00. Agreed to have refund in 5 working days. Very unhappy with service. Have also raised formal complaint with supplier. This left us stranded in Cheltenham and had to get train back. Very poor! "

"Had difficulty in contacting the driver. I was expecting a text telling me the reg of the minibus but didn’t receive it until I had made several phone calls asking where the bus was going to meet us. This delayed us getting to the bus. The bus also got delayed in traffic. I would have liked to have received a pickup point, vehicle reg and possibly a driver contact number say an hour before the agreed time so we knew what and when with the journey. However driver was very friendly, journey was quick and bus was very comfortable. "

"What's the point in booking in advance if your taxis not going to be on time. We booked for 21:25 didn't turn up till 22:15. If I hadn't of already paid for it I would of just jumped in the two taxis waiting outside waiting for buisness. Luckily enough we did make it to the destination in time, by 10 minutes to spare. Otherwise I would of lost my pre booked seating area which was already paid for too. I will not be using this service again and would advise nobody else too either!"

"There was a mix up with the booking and our booking was cancelled. However after phoning the company we were picked up and bought to our hotel. We then used the company later that day to bring us to another destination and the driver was extremely helpful on time and waited for us and brought us back. Our return journey the following day to the airport was on time "

"We landed 15:20 and requested the taxi 15.50 so we have enough time to collect the luggages since you have a policy that if the client is 10min late you charge them but your driving arriving late, there is no refund. Not only that, he even just started throwing the luggages onto each other like they were empty and not bothering if they will get damaged. He drove full speed everywhere, I imagine he was going to be late for an other trip. On the other hand the, the driver that took us to the airport was very polite, he still was 5 min late but his politeness and attitude was rewarding."

"We ended up going from our reallocated hotel The Copthorne Hotel in Merry Hill due to the health problems at The Ramada Park. This obviously meant a longer journey (to Monmore Green greyhound stadium) and even though traffic meant he arrived 1/2 hr late the driver was very helpful and I was advised in advance by the driver of the expected delay and the steps that were being taken to try and resolve the problem. The driver insisted that I should delay payment until the return journey as we had lost enough time already. "

"The day before we started our trip, we were advised that they could not supply a baby car seat as requested. On arrival at the airport, our driver phoned to say he would be 30 minutes late. When he did eventually arrive, we had to go and find him and a beat up van in a car park. But to top it all off... At 7am on the morning of our return journey.. we got a call to say... We can't pick you up!!!!!! Disgusting service... We had 3 hours to find another company to take a group of 9 adults and young children from Hereford to Bristol airport... And we had to fund it!!!! Although your company had taken the full payment and could not reimburse us, to enable us to pay for this new transport. Thankfully one of our group was carrying a credit card. We now wait to see if our refund will ever appear. Terrible service.. "

He said he wouldn’t be paid. I think he was late as we had already gone in the 6.30 One. I would not use you again. You spoilt the beginning of the evening. The driver was rude and cons5amtly argued with everyone. "

"20 minutes before our transfer to our event we were told that our minibus has issues and wouldn't be able to get to us for another hour, meaning we had to quickly get 3 family/friends members in separate cars to drive our group of 11 to our event. I requested that we still needed our transfer home as previously booked and requested a refund of half of the amount (for we could only have one journey) and was told that a 'refund can be messy' due to us paying by card. Journey back was on time and the driver was nice, just really disappointed we were let down at the start. "

"Landed 20mins early so called the cab people to inform them. Driver messaged didn't even call to say that he will be 20mins which was 10min after requested pickup time. Driver turned up 20mins late even after his extended 10min from pick up time. Had to keep calling the driver. Told me to take my family of 5 small kids to grandparents and all our luggage to the free car park which is a good 20min walk from the arrival terminal. Told him I want pickup at the drop and go which charges £2 and as per the receipt is included in my booking price. He said we don't do that I said your problem take it up with the booking company it's 2am kids are tired am not walking them in the cold so you can save £2. Eventually he came after making us wait in the cold for 5mins."
